Information & Communication

Essential to any manager’s armoury is the ability to use and present information correctly and to communicate clearly and effectively. This module deals with written and verbal communication and covers areas such as email and text messages as well as how to make correct use of the telephone and how to deliver effective communication face to face.


Negotiation

A vital skill for all managers is the ability to negotiate, whether it’s with clients, suppliers or staff. Negotiation is a skill many people aspire to. This programme demonstrates the use of principled negotiation. Devised by the Harvard team who studied negotiation tactics, this system gives everyone in the process an outcome based upon fair and equitable systems.
